Guarantee does not apply to special events such as New Year's Eve and other major city-specific events and festivals.

Guarantee does not include web sites or rates where the hotel brand and specific hotel are not known until the booking is made.

Guarantee does not include web sites or rates that "package" travel, entertainment, hotel, and/or food components, such as: air fare + hotel stay, hotel stay + car rental, hotel stay + restaurant voucher, or similar packages.

Guarantee does not include rates that have been negotiated by the hotel with corporations or travel agencies; only publicly available rates apply.
